Always great, we got us today for Christmas and dinner and were absolutely thrilled. First of all, very nice service, extremely friendly, generous portions. For spicy, for us just appropriate but already "very spicy", the lentil curry is incredibly tasty, but the lamb and chicken curries are also fantastic, tasty, tasty and the Rotti bread is awesome anyway, it is worth it for that alone. Finally a Mango Lassi then the evening is perfect!

Simply delicious. Order was ready for pickup on time. And there is always some tension in how hot it gets this time. We have been a regular customer for a long time. Only the parking situation when picking up the car is a bit difficult. But that's just a peripheral problem.

The snack is definitely to be recommended. We had ordered four different main courses and were all very pleasantly surprised. The service was also super friendly and could give us great advice on the dishes. We will order there more often in the future.

If you want to come with several people and don't have much time, it is best to pre-order and it will be on the table as soon as possible. Price performance is unbeatable. Make sure to try the starters too. Also a dream for vegans and vegetarians! Have been a regular for many years! Come there especially from Münster !!

Delicious! Typically spicy

We ordered from Too Good To Go and when we picked it up we were told we were getting chicken with vegetables. At home we found that we only got a really, very small and really cold portion of vegetables (no trace of meat!). Unfortunately, it didn't taste good either. It's a shame, but we're definitely not coming again!

The tables from the restaurant were cleaned perfectly and the armchairs were extremely comfortable. I will surely come here with my business partners and can rely on being expertly served. From our point of view, a meeting in the restaurant is highly recommended. I can say that until now nothing has bothered us! The place was a taste explosion in my mouth every time.

Was only there once - via ToGoodToGo-Curry + Reis, he shouldn't have warmed it up in the microwave, I could have done this at home. In terms of taste, it was not that cool, but not bad either.

Tasty and delicious...

I've been to various other Sri-Lankan / Indian restaurants in Germany & the UK, and this is the absolute best. It's more of a diner and not exactly a restaurant, which gives it a relaxed atmosphere. A friendly owner and quality food that makes you happy.

Hands down the best srilankan/South Indian Tamil restaurant.Must try kottu rotti and Idiyappa kottu.

In terms of taste, here is a treat. The portions are in a good and satisfying size. I have not been so fascinated by a restaurant in a while. The chairs are extremely pleasant and the distance between the tables I find extremely reasonable. There you do not get the feeling like dine in the can. Really fast and polite service. I think all the staff did a very good job there.

Good food, good prices and friendly people

As a frequent traveler to Sri Lanka, I know good Sri Lankan food when I taste it. I was lucky to stumble upon Ceylon Imbiss when coming out of the Unionstrasse U-Bahn stop, and I can say that it has a wonderful menu and low prices. It specializes in "Kottu Rotti", which is a dish of chopped up noodles, vegetables, and meat (optional). But it also offers numerous other dishes from Sri Lanka and India. Everything that my family and I have eaten there has been delicious. Much of its business seems to be take-away orders, but there are several tables where one can eat comfortably. The prices are more than reasonable, much less than the typical Indian restaurant in Germany. The food is wonderful and the service is friendly.

A decent place to have your dinner. Kothu rotti is one iconic dish which tastes far better than other shops nearby. The people in the restaurant serves you very polite. The cost for your dinner might take 10€ (chicken kothu (m), Mango lassi, lamb roll). You have a special discount of 10% for takeaway option. No dosa dishes.

We were here for the first time and were more than satisfied. We were kindly informed about the different dishes and good advice on ordering. Although it has the flair of a Pommesbude, the food is great and not expensive. Will be happy to eat there again. Try it, do not be fooled by the outside !!!
